We are not a positivity brand. We don't sell you on the idea that everything gets better if you just believe hard enough. What we do is more uncomfortable and more honest than that: we hand you a workbook and sit with you in the mess.
Our resources are rooted in trauma-informed psychology, nervous system science, and the kind of shadow work that doesn't come wrapped in rose quartz and affirmations.
